Well, we finally learn the identity of the phantom sodomist who's been pillaging Twin Cheeks, and it turns out to be deputy sheriff Buck Adams, as if that wasn't as obvious as a president's nose on Mt. Rushmore. Even though he's been discovered, this doesn't deter Buck from giving it to hooker Courtney up the butt in a jail cell.

In a bout of good old fashioned dirty talk, Buck's wife Melanie Moore and hooker Alexandria Quinn explore one another's anal tracts with the camera getting right in there on the action.

Though, extremely short on plot, The Last Temptation is active in what has carried this cockeyed anal series this far — good old fashioned butt thumping with the Adams/ Melanie Moore scene being one of the highlights.
