Dusty is some sort of doctor in some sort of sex clinic, where all she does is have sex with the she-males or girls. Sometimes she abandons the premises and lets them have sex with each other. Five of the six segments involve said quasi-girls. Each has that slight "what is it?" look and sound, with Cassandra DelRio reminding me of Ricky Ricardo in drag and Kelly Michaels looking like Stacey Donovan after a botched sex change operation. This is the kind of feature that will do well with those people that like he-she's or with anyone who needs a gag tape to run at a bachelor party.
