Tanya Foxx and Pamela D. are tied up and terrorized by "Insane Hussein" (Michelle) and his cohort Buffy. Michelle straps a bomb made from dildos onto Pamela's quivering genitalia while Buffy telephones their demands to the police. The terrorists spank and taunt their victims, until Buffy forces Tanya to put on a latex dress. Finally, Michelle and Buffy leave Tanya and Pamela tied up on a couch.

The action here is played strictly for laughs, complete with Buffy asking the police for doughnuts! Tanya and Pamela are passionate in their girl/girl scene in the beginning. They also respond well to their punishments. Michelle and Buffy make amusing terrorists, complete with hokey accents. Recommended for bondage fans who like a little comedy with their action.
