Back in the Seventies, B.C.P. (Before Cassette Players) I sometimes would feed quarters into a peep show booth to watch a subtitled 8-mm sex film about ten minutes long. With the advent of home VCR I gave up on feeding those machines.

If you are familiar with "loops," the Shot Spots series from the Zane Entertainment Group will be easy to relate to. Each 30-minute tape is comprised of 3 sex scenes. Whether exerpted from other flicks or shot exclusive for this series hardly matters. What set up plot there is is only to excuse the sex scene. On tape #1, Horny Honey (Nina Hartley) take a cue from Billy Dee and on the billiard table they pool their energies for a quick demonstration of position shots. Then while Honey snoops in a basement, she's caught by "Billy Bear" Margold and assuages his indignation with her oral skills (and I don't mean she talks him into letting her go). In the third spot, Blake Palmer and a red-head test a mattress.

Well, you get the idea. Lighting is good. Editing is sometimes non-existent, and sometimes you'll hear the director giving directions, but then who cares? These selected shorts are not intended to make a statement, just to excite.
