Five less-than-standard action scenes, each of which has the eroticism of a budget hearing, populate Sex Acts and Videotape. The only item of interest is my discovering that Chessie Moore is a contortionist and can wrap her legs behind her own head. Fascinating but not sexy.

The feature starts out with a novel opening of Tonisha Mills telling us that since most adult videos have trite or virtually non-existent plots, they've completely done away with one this time. This is like a doctor telling you he won't try to cure you since you're going to die anyway eventually.
