Shone Taylor and Jerry Butler are two astronomy enthusiasts who head for the hills to see the tail of a comet last seen 76 years ago. But the only tail they see are the ones belonging to Mikki Davidson and a lactating Lori Lovett, who steal the guys' car as a way of meeting the "moon" watchers. But they come to an "oral" agreement (along with a few other variations), and everything is fine until Taylor's wife (Penny Morgan) and Butler's fiancé (Bambi Allen) show up. We have here the perfect setting for a climatic six person orgy, but it never happens, and this is the one true disappointment in an otherwise entertaining sexvid.

The sex is steamy, particularly Taylor's rear-ending of Morgan and milking of Lovett, and director Paul G. Vatelli, who recently passed away, deserves praise for capturing all the action. The use of slow motion during the Allen/Butler oratory really enhances the event.

With the exception of some below-par acting, I recommend Star Gazers as a quality product. At times, you'll chuckle while watching the cast struggle with the weak dialog. But Vatelli realizes his cast's raw talents lie in lays and concentrates on the hot action.
