This time around, Hawaii's favorite cops (Kascha and Francois Papillon) are out to break up a white slavery ring.  A bait, the bad guys use rigged wet T-shirt contests to attract pretty girls to the isle where they are lured into a trap.  Most of the sex is average except for the scalding sequence with Stephanie Rage and Peter North.  Compared to previous Hawaii Vice titles, this one is about the same although this installment does get down to sex sooner.  There is some lesbo activity and a nice mixture of interior/exterior scenes.  Fine packaging will help.
