Sex doctor advised patients that anal sex is okay.  There's a new category for you. With the spate of backdoor videos released over the last five years, this is probably the most overused of all of the plot excuses.  This time, Rachel Ryan is our rear end specialist who tells Kim Kane that there's more than one avenue of pleasure.  Most of the segments are supposed to be dream scenes and Rachel takes on both King Tung and Ray Victory in separate scenes.  The action is quite standard but the highlight (or nadir depending upon your taste) is Shane Hunter with pregnant Trinity Loren.  Should please fans of this genre.
