This is like a sub species of a sub genre in which Caballero's regrouping its Swedish Erotica series according to "themes." Most of the clips are new to video however. Volumes 1, 2 & 3 feature Blondi as our hostess oohing and aahing and extolling the virtues of old film loops. She even goes so far as to invite us to jump into our TV sets and join her in the world's favorite past time. Who does she think she's kidding? Tony Montana wouldn't allow for it.

Blondi's gushing and oozing is better than some of these featurettes. But not by much. Not when you whip out the Great Outdoors or Seka volumes. One of the Seka bits "Sweet Blonde," is a modern smoker classic. The platinum princess is capable of instigating a nuclear chain reaction all her own, and this quartette of Seka stories should certainly rank up there as collector's items. Great Outdoors has some nifty outside scenery, and proves beyond a doubt that grazing in the grass is a gas. Can you dig it? For those of you into physical contortions, you might check out the story, "New Sexpot in Town," (Vol. 1), in which a young unidentified starlet gets reamed in a handstand position. It's straight out of the Flying Cambolini Bros. Tumbling & Sexual Circus.

For some reason Blondi gets the hook in Volume 4 in favor of Candie Evans, who manages to carry on the breathless tradition established by her predecessor. Evans does a yeoman's job in trying to make this Holmes' volume appear exciting. And we are talking vintage Holmes. Here he looks young enough to have to carry an age card into an amusement park. The best bit of the bunch is entitled "Marilyn's Portfolio," where Holmes as a photographer shows a stunning blonde how to operate a box . . . camera.
