Critical Rating: AAA

In this satire on the Pink Panther movies, we are treated to a battle of the accents.  The clear winner is Tom Byron’s Scottish Burr-r-r.  Randy Spears’ broad French accent, a la Clouseau, is sometimes so thick as to be unintelligible.  But I like the change from Kato to K-Y.  Cute.  Director Fox doesn’t overdo any of the action scenes which too often these days are drawn out to the detriment of any story development.  Thus we have many comedy bits in line with our plot which has a lady jewel thief hiding out in a convent.  Lauren Brice is a superior Mother Superior and Kim Alexis can hear my confession any time.  Some erotic sequences make for solid viewing.
