Rob Lowe's real life video hijinx was a Godsend to the adult industry, ripe for exploitation. Literally better than fiction, all they had to do was change a few names. Somebody screwed up.

This feature ignores all the elements overflowing with possibilities. Gone is the political background. Gone is the under-aged, star-struck nymphet determined to bag the pop icon moviestar. Instead, we get Carol Cummings, whose teen years are but a hazy memory. Most alarming of all, the element of post facto voyeurism on video takes a backseat to the typical groupings we have come to expect.

Some will say that it's not fair to criticize something for what it's not,so in the interest of justice I can say that Rob Blow does deal marginally with a movie star (Wallice) who tapes his friends and himself in the act. In fact in his last scene —with Tianna and Cameo— the juices of arousal really do start to flow, and Wallice takes advantage splendidly. The potential for a truly remarkable feature/satire was abandoned before the cameras ever rolled, so this "biography" is average at best.
