Critical Rating: A

Join us again now for those thrilling days of yesteryear where names like Crystal Breeze, Cody Nicole and Desire Lane blazed across your video screen. Yes, you remember all those video shorts that were the rage of stag parties and first time VCR owners

Old footage does not an entertaining adult videotape make. In fact, right now there is a serious need for well-made adult product, and this Limelight release does not fit the bill.

Despite poor video quality, the lighting is spotty and the audio is horrible (inaudible at times). The editing alone can make you dizzy with it's akward, staccato slicing and strange video and audio effects.

The Many Shades Of Amber is not Amber Lynn's best work either. Her scenes are predictable and repetitious. Some of the other actresses put in decent performances, but they are too brief and not presented in highly erotic situations.

As for The Many Shades Of Amber, I'd just pull the shade down on this one.
