Reviews

Let me tell you all the good things about Caught By Surprise first. It has a great box. So does Stacey Donovan. Eric Edwards displays a great range of emotions — both of them. I've seen him better.

So much for the good side.

On the other hand, didn't anybody watch the finished product before duplicating the master? Much of this feature sports very poor lighting and out-of-focus photography. At least two wet shots are effectively lost by the cinematographer.

And the oh-so-typical story drags along and goes nowhere. Eric Edwards loses his job and his wife (Donovan), but he gains a video camera. He takes his new toy for a walk and finds his next door neighbor getting dorked. So he shoots the sex act on video and makes faces to show how if affects him. She sees him, winks and continues on for his benefit. Then he goes to the park, picks up Sade and photographs her giving him head. On and on it goes. He catches his wife with the neighbor and shoots it, only to eventually join in on the antics.

As most people who read my reviews know, I usually ignore plot and concentrate on the fundamentals of fornication. The reason I have told you a lot about the plot is because the sex gives me nothing to say. Caught By Surprise has few surprises.
