She's A Boy Toy is a real enigma. The title refers to absolutely nothing that happens on screen. The storyline tries hard to be clever, and very often succeeds. But it suffers from lack of direction and poor timing. On the plus side, the video quality is excellent. We see people watching loops on a monitor, and even they look great. Clarity of image and sound . . . What a rare treat in the world of shot-on-video.

Sexually, She's A Boy Toy succeeds triumphantly. There are varied positions throughout, both with different couples and within the same scenes. Nothing out of the ordinary (no anal, no three-ways, no bondage); just good, erotic and intense f***ing. What a surprise!

Joey Silvera stars as a nice nerdy guy who wants to marry Amber Lynn. Her rich father has approved of the marriage, providing he sell a screenplay by the time Amber and family get back from vacation. During his wanderings to sell the script, he meets up with Gina Carrera, who becomes his agent and friend. Silvera finally does manage to sell a script, but it's to porn mogul Herschel Savage. This is one of the funnier takeoffs of the porn industry I've seen, complete with casting couch, auditioning starlets, and lines like "Not everyone can write a script like this." Indeed, not. But evil brother finds out who Silvera has sold the script to, and attempts to blackmail him. The attempt fails, and bro winds up being a porno stud.

The witty story acts as an introduction to some very hot sexual encounters, from the opening scene featuring Carrera and Tyler Horn as their own alter egos, to a dynamite lesbian scene with Sondra Stillman and Tamara Longley that puts all others to shame. Stillman, this time with Buck Adams, has intense sex – realistic and lots of fun! She's A Boy Toy is all fun and games . . . so play away.
