No, Virginia, The Little Blue Box is not a frostbitten prostitute. But it is a lot of fun. Jennifer Welles proves she is a super actress and comedienne (here playing a dual role), as well as a hot cookie in the sack. She plays Ms. Azure, salesperson extraordinaire, as well as John Leslie's standoffish wife. Plenty of sex here and well worth the watching for adult film historians.

Little Orphan Sammy, another older film, is a parody of you-know-what comic strip. Jennifer Welles won a Best Actress award for her comic portrayal of an evil seductress out to win daddy's money. My only complaint is that the actor who plays Sammy is so doltish that he became a bore about half-way through. Fun for the adult family, and hey, if Annie had Jennifer . . . it might have made it, too.
