Critical Rating: AA 1/2

This collection of vignettes from new company Sonic Erotica clearly has its crosshairs set squarely on the couples market, but even for that arena, it's a bit over-billowy. There are seven scenes here with stock female fantasy subtitles like "After Work" and "First Time," each underlaid with airy electro/fuck music from a group called Wasabe, and more laughably, introduced in VO by Tamara, whose patter runs along the lines of "In this scene, girlfriends Raven and Beth join Jenna X and her fantasy lover in exploring oral pleasures before Jenna sets her own world on fire."

Most of the performers are pretty hot, but there's so much cutting and dissolving, it's difficult to maintain interest. And the DVD is completely shoddy, with no extras, a nondescript menu and a decidedly amateurish-looking cover. We'll take a realm of a hotter color, thanks.
