This interactive brainchild of porn vet Taylor Wane gets a lot of things very, very right.  The controls are well laid out and easy to use, the various viewpoints are right on, there are plenty of options to choose from and Wane definitely knows how to get yer juices flowin', baby.  Where this disc really proves unique, however, is with its "Exam Room," in which you can use a speculum on Wane, give her an enema, "take her rectal temperature," (i.e. cram a large glass dildo up her ass)... OR have her examine you, with one choice being for her to jack you off with her feet.  The only reason we felt compelled to dock Nurse Taylor half a point is because of its digitally rendered pop shots -- they don't fool us.  Otherwise, this is a great interactive.
