It's not clear exactly what the "Hi-Teen Club" is but it seems to include poorly-acted set-ups and well-shot hot sex.

Ashley Blue's giggling and laughing turn with Lee Stone, first as they chuckle their way through a "job interview" then as she squeals with delight as he rips her panties off, is a good example of this. Director Nolan and shooter Barry Wood construct the scene with well-collected shots that focus in on the heat, including real moments like Blue gagging on Stone's engorged member, or her pleased "Fuck!" as he inserts it in her vosburg.

After that, T.T. Boy is not pleased with the meal waitress Kitty brings him, but he finds something else to snack on. Monica Sweetheart is seduced in a movie theatre by Tristan Seagal, under the eye of voyeur Joel Lawrence who asks "Is this seat taken?" and helps Seagal take Sweetheart in front of the screen as a porn video is projected behind them, the images projected on their naked bodies. Renée Pornero and Lisa Marie do a g/g which turns into a threeway with the addition of a bald-headed Dillon, and Honey closes things out with Nick Manning, who lets fly his "droppin' loads!" battle cry as he spoos on her face.

Full props to Wood for his as-usual superlative camerawork and editor Jonny Detroit for putting the scenes together with deft edits and hiding Nolan's directions to the performers with music or room tone.
