The title may mean something to those who can understand the dubbed Italian dialogue - or can read the lips of the performers as they speak whatever language they were originally speaking. The rest of us are left in the proverbial dark.

There's no question there's a plot here somewhere (just where remains a mystery) since the performers talk constantly when they're not using their mouths for more X-rated activities. It involves a man and a skinny tranny wearing pigtails and eating breakfast at an estate of some sort and then having sex next to their table. A man and a woman have a drink outside and then have sex in a stone building's window space.

Later he chats with a tranny on a couch by a fireplace and then fucks her while the woman he just banged peeks in a window. Said woman then storms into a bedroom where a man lounges in bed with two trannies. He encourages her to join them, which she does.
