It's quite simple, really. Lita wears a black chiffon blouse and skirt, stockings, panties, bra, heels and a red garter belt. She's tied to a set of cellar ladder stairs, hog-tied on a metal floor plate, and then bound to a steel pipe while perched on a stool and gagged with a bandana. While in these awkward positions, she wiggles and struggles much to the viewer's delight.

Renee starts out her ordeal wearing a gold lamé mini dress, stockings, panties, gray platform shoes - and four point standing bondage complete with ball gag. She doesn't stay that way for long, of course. Soon her dress is pulled down to her waist, clothespins are affixed to her nipples, her wrists are tied to her body and her ankles are still tied and spread. Her eyes look frantic as she whimpers her discomfort. Her captor eventually rests her on the carpeting beneath the frame and then lashes her with a fancy bondage device.
