The title piece of this DVD delivers little more than a reminder of the sad state of dwarf porn. But you'll still need to buy it, as it includes the most perverse bonus footage ever set to videotape, "Freaks and Geeks."

Though mentioned nowhere on the packaging, this little addition is equally as lengthy as the feature and includes such memorable scenes as Bridget the Midget dressed like a fairy princess getting fucked by a clown during the birthday party for a fat man in a diaper. Then there's a fat scene, more midget action from Napoleon and a threesome that includes a geriatric and some prune juice. Oh, and the transfer is good, too.
