Aside from Billy's giant cock, cover cutie Joey Valentine is the big draw to this disc. Joey is one of five girls who take a turn with Billy's 12-inches and though she steams like a New York manhole sitting above the subway, the overall production of this disc is average.

Billy Big Stick 5 has a low budget, gonzo feel, with most of the scenes shot on old couches in small apartments. Joey gives a good performance, as does the thick-figured Daryn Darby. Newcomers Jayma Reid, Jacky Joy and Alexa Lynn add some wide-eyed fun when faced with Billy's big stick.
