In this English import a gloved gynecology exam by an instructor and his male students leads to a detailed examination of the female patient with fingers, lips, toys and dicks. Ever the British gentlemen, they clean up afterward. Their stiff-upper-lip type of humor continues as four firemen are called out to rescue a young gal stuck in a tree. They are appropriately rewarded for their valor.

Two police respond to a report of an intruder and respond even better to the lonely wife's needs. Last is a patient in the hospital who gets much more than a sponge bath from his two dedicated nurses.
