This is another of those mystery tapes: what sounds like Italian is dubbed over the actual vocals (or it is a bit out of sync), so where it originated initially is unknown. Strange stuff happens as well: a macho guy pisses of a fortuneteller, and she turns him into a woman. That'll teach him. He (now a she) tries to piss while standing at a tree - with no luck, but is seen by a couple who persuade the now "her" to join them in a threesome. This former male takes to blowjobs and anal frighteningly well, and shines when indulging in a girl/girl.

There is plenty of anal but not really enough to make it the title.
