The plot here is a bit confusing, which is not lessened by the prodigious editing effects, but it all appears to revolve around a decaying mental hospital that's set for renovation by Evan Stone's company, that still houses the (very active) ghosts of several female patients (described in Stone's book as "witches") and at least one doctor (Randy Spears).

But what this vid may lack in plot, it more than makes up for in decent (if remarkably similar) sexual encounters. While the box describes Lauren Phoenix's scene with Dale DaBone as her "best performance," truth is, it's simply above average: Two cowgirl positions and an oral climax. Better is Flick Shagwell's couch bounce with Joey Ray that has him cumming even as she's riding his cock in reverse cowgirl. Also notable is Ann Harlow, this time thankfully not playing a pre-teen, essaying reverse cowgirl and mish with Scott Styles.
