This series functions on pure novelty value, the idea that real girls, not professionals are dropping trou in night clubs. It is a simple motif requiring only that these party girls have the gumption to get crazy. Over the course of two hours, only a handful of boobs are flashed for the camera. The rest of the running time is filled with fully clothed drunk chicks playing up to the camera. And what at first appears to be a strip tease too often culminates in a cutaway. Perhaps the vibe just was not in the air that night.

The girls are hot, yes, just not naked often enough. The video does wrap up with a nifty up the skirt shot, saving this from a PG-13 equivalency. Generally a first rate series, this one just proves to be a straggler.
