The camerawork here is appropriately fuzzy with things looking gritty and dismal as director Rick Savage's fans like them to appear. Depressed-looking sub Nikki can take a lot and she does here. Her mams and nips get slapped, kneaded, twisted, bound with rope and then with rubber bands (she gets a couple bruises from the bands), put in a vise and pinned with clothespins which are ripped off in a "zipper" move which means that 10 or 12 of them get ripped off in a single motion. Ouch.

This reviewer's complaint here is the time it takes to actually get to the tit torment, which is a full 13 minutes. That's an eternity to anyone wanting to watch this activity.
