Call it The Surreal Life in action. Ron Jeremy sends this carnal postcard from the city by the Bay, but it plays more like Jeremy's vacation video. There is a lot of local color and plenty of footage of Jeremy being a celebrity, signing autographs and posing for photos with adoring fans and assorted strangers.

But the sex is less than sizzling, except for a hot round of cowgirl late in the show featuring Pason riding Mark Wood. In the same room, Jeremy fucks Kandi Cox, but it's not scintillating stuff. The other highlight is watching Rachel Rotten undress before Rob Rotten bangs her for the umpteenth time. There is also useless footage of Jeremy juggling and belching after coming out of several restaurants.
