You know you're about to watch a less than inspired video when the box cover promises "anal, three way, facials." Maybe they should have simply affixed a sticker that says "Nothing new here."

There are facials in pretty much every scene, one anal (they said anal singular and that's what you get) courtesy of lovely Gia Paloma and one threeway, starring bulbous-busted Jessica Sweet.
