It's not made clear whose satisfaction "Tranny Satisfaction"refers to, but it doesn't matter as long as at least part of the satisfaction is the viewer's.

Indeed, there is something fulfilling about the first scene. It features a really tall blonde she-male sucking cock and then getting her ass greased up for a good fucking. This is easily the best part of this title.

Sadly, the rest doesn't follow suit. After the first scene, it's nothing but average.
