Spallone provides us with a solid effort featuring pregnant spouses in a sexually attractive light. The first scene achieves this with gusto. This also provides a helpful guideline for pregnant couples who wish to continue their sex lives during those nine and a half months. Missionary, doggie, reverse-cowgirl and cautious sixty-nining are demonstrated with erotic ease.

The middle scene is pretty random filler, but the third further examines how to efficiently make love, even outright fuck, with a rotund obstruction.
