Couples vacation at a swingers' resort a lot like Fantasy Island, with a suave host and his dwarf sidekick. The guests are secretly videotaped having sex for cable broadcasts to other hotels. Shay Sweet, an unlikely government agent, breaks things up.

Harmless fluff, well shot but not real exciting, although Nicole Sheridan and Voodoo do their usual expert anal sex.
