Five anal sex scenes are strung together by a voiceover presumably done by European megastar Rita Faltoyano. She gives some explanation as to why she keeps getting naked, oiling up her massive naturals and filling her home with European nymphomaniacal porn fuckers.

After Rita gives herself a rubdown in a solo scene, a decent one-on-one fuck and suck between two other people follows. An all-out six-person one-bed orgy easily upstages the two earlier scenes. But still, not one butt has been penetrated.

Only in the final two couplings, one of which involves Rita, does the anal realm get plumbed. It's a bit misleading to call Anal Brat "An All Anal Feature" on the box cover.
