Finally released well over a year after being shot, this former Lord Perious product comes across as flat out dreary and dark and boring. Even the deadpan humor of Frank Bukkwyd and the reasonably entertaining duo of Victoria Givens and Rod Fontana as government voyeurs can't resuscitate this snoozer. The sex scenes are too short, the plot is very corny, and the voyeur theme doesn't come even close to hitting the mark.
