Inseminated is honest. Before each scene, the performers are interviewed on topics of birth control, racism and pregnancy - poignant topics for four white girls who each take internals from two black guys.

Also impressive is the acting. Trista plays an early 20th Century southern wife who willingly submits to getting raped by two plantation workers. But the tension between the characters before the rape is dead on. In another scene, former DA Violet Blue comes face to face with one black man she helped to wrongly imprison - and his friend. These convincing set-ups subsequently lead to hot sex.
