After a decent (if short) mish with Old West boyfriend Johnny Hardin, Seka watches him get gunned down, getting herself killed in the process. Waking up above her grave with pal Serena, the pair are recruited by a demonic Johnnie Keyes to convince a couple of present-day virgins (Heather Gordon, Dani Williams) to lose their cherries to boyfriends Jon Martin and Mike Ranger. The kicker is, Seka's grandson, also played by Hardin, works at the gals' sorority house, and he can actually see the ghosts as they work their wiles.

Along the way, there's some highly-watchable sex as the sorority sisters get devirginated (although some previously reported fisting seems to be MIA here), plus hot action from both Seka and Serena, each of whom gets a couple of hardcore scenes, and the obligatory sorority house orgy. Jamie Gillis also does a decent turn as the landlord who takes half of the house's rent in "trade," leading to a hot threeway with Audry Nichols and Susan Adle.
