What Creamed Cuties 4 definitely has going for it is its nice selection of nine young and inexperienced girls. Most of these girls - if not all - are Las Vegas locals who have done little to no work in front of the camera before. Director Tony Porno gives each girl a pre-scene inspection and groping and then shoots some POV hardcore, which usually ends with his spunk going down their throats.

With that said, the footage is highly repetitive and rarely inspiring.

One bright spot however is a brunette named Tally, who lights up the screen with her potty mouth and very sensual cock sucking skills.
