After a too long intro, this fairly decent to good video gets rolling. The camerawork is great in places and then all over the place the next.

Two female deputies search an inmate's cell and find a candy bar, which they smear all over his face. His head is shoved in the toilet as they verbally abuse him. He's instructed to spread eagle in front of the window, and the blonde officer gives him a wedgie. In an otherwise serious moment of punishment, they give him a freaking wedgie. This reviewer guesses it allows access to ass for the spanking that ensues, but the visual brings viewers straight back to the second grade when sex wasn't even on the mental radar screen.
