This is definitely one of the most low energy Max Hardcore titles this reviewer has ever seen with every scene but one moving at the most glacial pace. Yeah, there's throat fucking and ass reaming and the usual bit of "teeny" defiling, but Christ, it drags.

The sole exception is Kelly Wells' closer where Max teaches her how to be a good bulimic with his cock and her fingers as she pukes up into a glass bowl. There's some heavily bleeped incest chatter during the intro to this scene too. She's enthusiastic throughout the proceedings.

Missy Misfit gets lost from her tour group at Universal City Walk and gets her ass fucked by Hardcore in the back of an SUV in a parking lot.
