Double Parked 11 deserves at least a ticket and maybe even a tow to the impound yard. This is very standard d.p. fare which under-utilizes its hot female cast in modestly energized scenes. A couple of 'em, namely those featuring Nicki Hunter and a fourway with C-listers Lenny Power and Lolita (who work hard for their money), throw off a few more sparks, but not enough to power this one out of the ranks of the ordinary.
