The TWAT Squad is supposed to be "trained whores against terrorism," but their adventures are hardly as action-packed as the acronym implies. Apparently the way these top-heavy beat-off cops handle simple misdemeanors is to jump out of their rented costumes at a moment's notice (thus depriving uniform fetishists of a potential strokefest).

Roxy Hall cums off best when snurgling Kurt Lockwood's balls and ass while he simultaneously dips his nightstick down her throat. Although known as a primo anal queen, Hall doesn't pursue a high-speed chase down the Hershey Highway this time out - and, unlike other scenes which do - the act simply isn't necessary to generate authentic heat.
