Don't be scared kiddies. That intimidating title which evokes images of what - colon rose gross-outs? - merely refers to gape, of which, in all fairness, there's really no more here than in dozens of other anal titles (and less than in some we can think of).

Too bad then that just when we thought it was safe not to get queasy, Keri is asked at scene's end to display her O Ring Blowout, but instead of gape, we're treated to the sight of what look like big ugly blisters. Wonder if they were a factor in her deciding to sign with that couples-oriented company?
