In a vaguely medieval scenario, Mistress Erzsebet is bored with her current sub, so she sends her henchman, Sir Nik (wearing possibly the worst wig in the history of porndom), to select a new one by means of a lottery. The unlucky winner is Spanky, who submits to torments including multiple floggings with bullwhips and bamboo canes, a gauntlet of black-robed figures with paddles, needles through her breasts and inner thighs, and a five-strike branding.

The blood, branding and bruises are real, and the tortures innovative. Sir Nik in particular is quite showy with his whipping techniques. Spanky's resilience to all this torment is admirable, though she looks bored, killing excitement for S&M fans. The sound is awful and the production values dirt cheap, but there's an effort to make up for it by cramming as many extras onto the DVD as possible. The interviews and extra footage are fun, but the commentary is pointless.
