The title's a misnomer (there is not a "ghetto" element to be found). But appetizing cover girl Sativa will make you forget about the thematic negligence.

We're in Brazil (as usual) with exceptionally exotic olive-skinned she-males traipsing about. Resident tranny-assessor Paulo inhabits the scene with a self-assured swagger often missing with this sub-genre. He makes sucking she-cock seem sorta hetero.
