Joel Lawrence plays a director of either low-budget B movies or high budget porn movies (it's not clear) who hates what he does (a frequent theme in Vivid movies). He also happens to be a compulsive neat freak, constantly fretting over germs.

The joke is that he doesn't give his wife (Briana) the anal sex she craves because he just can't bring himself to penetrate that dirty hole.

Finally he gets really drunk at a party and suddenly loses his phobias. He becomes so "normal" that - guess what - he can finally perform anal with his wife.

Briana gets more anal from Rick Patrick. Rita Faltoyano threeways with Tommy and Mario. Gunn plays a character who's a lookalike for an action movie star named Tommy Gunn - a lame joke.
