Pretty and perverse Brooke is back and, before submitting to Master Rick Savage's creative torment, reminisces with him about the fun they had back in Balcony 2. When she confesses that pussy torture is really her favorite activity, the kindly master agrees to fulfill her desires, "out of the goodness" of his heart. Brings a tear to the eye, it does.

In four scenes using different locations and methods of restraint, Savage canes, clamps, gags, suspends, binds, brushes, tapes, slaps, flogs and electrocutes the helpless girl - much to her grimacing delight.
