This DVD, subtitled "Advanced Pole Work & Fire," is for girls who want to be professional strippers or who want to be able to work the pole like the pros. Warning: These are not easy moves.

Host Fawnia Mondey recommends viewers master the techniques in volume 1, "Pole Work" because these advanced moves are pretty tricky. But when award-winning strippers Tammy Morris, Kelly Kayne and Natasha Bird demonstrate the techniques, they make them look easy.

Moves like the Hands-free Handstand, Upside Down Pole Slide, Upside Down Pole Contortion and Hands-free Pole Contortion will make a flying pretzel out of any gal. Fire dancing (with plenty of safety instruction) and some sideshow style contortions are pretty impressive as well.
