Calling this hodge-podge compilation of sexually related classical bits "alternative" is a bit misleading. This disk has everything from a sexy cologne commercial to brief hardcore trailers from the '70s to semi-hardcore loops from the '30s to hardcore cartoons from that era to an ad from the President's Council on Physical Fitness, featuring lots of scantily-clad buff guys doing push-ups.

Stand-out offerings include the trailers to X and XXX classics like Dynamite, Hollywood Blue, Warhol's Women in Revolt and Memories Within Miss Aggie; a short subject titled "Uncle Si and the Sirens," about an early TV set that tunes in nude women; "Idlewild," a (non-explicit) '30s loop of a guy tricked into fucking a goat; and Sally Rand's "bubble dance," which shows brief nudity.

Retailing: More a curiosity than anything else, it still deserves a place in your alternative section.
