Nicole Sheridan plays Rachel, a Minnesota girl lost in the jungle of L.A., on the verge of a breakdown when her husband leaves her and a man breaks into her house.

She runs into Amy (a funnily sprung-out looking Kimberly Kane), who introduces her to Zack (Voodoo), a pornographer/sexual performance artist with whom she starts a fling.

This being David Stanley, there's lots of cerebral dialogue and imagery in between the sex, which is spankable enough in spots (notably the Alexis Malone/Voodoo scene and the Kane/Justine Joli lez-off). Uneven, but interesting.

Polarity has been nominated for Best Supporting Actress - Video (Kane) and Best Non-Sex Performance (Stanley).
