Imperious private investigator Kelly Payne finds another hapless male trying to cheat the insurance company by claiming disability benefits when he's perfectly healthy. Assisted by petite sidekick Nurse Sheree, she sets about punishing the liar with over-the-knee spankings, random toys shoved in his ass, and the administration of both bulb and bag enemas - all while haranguing him in her Fran Drescher accent.

The sound is very haphazard, and the performances decidedly lackluster, especially from the uncredited, evidently bored slave, who exhibits virtually no reaction during the spankings, though he perks up a bit after the enemas and cries on cue at the end.

Nurse Sheree looks cute in her white uniform and enormous white gloves, but she looks like she's suppressing the giggles throughout. Payne works hard to carry the whole thing herself, and despite some clumsiness with her equipment at first, almost succeeds, given what little interaction she's receiving.
